Cookie Profits:
Profit for each plain dozen: $6.00 - $4.50 = ___1.50______
Profit for each iced dozen: $7.00 - $5.00 = ____$2.00_____
Find the profit for selling 5 dozen plain cookies: 5x $1.50 = $7.50
Find the profit for selling 5 dozen iced cookies: 5x $2.00 = 1’000
A Find the profit for selling 30 plain dozens and 80 iced dozens:
30 x $1.50 = $45
80 x $2.00 = $160.000
Total profit = $45 + $160 = $175
B Find the profit for selling 75 plain and 50 iced cookies:
75 x $1.50 = $112.50
And 50 x $2 = $100
Then add these profits for a total of $ 212.50
On this one the way I soled was I Look at the numbers 75 x $1.50 and 50 x $2 and the total for both is 212.50.
On C I look at the $6.00 x 5 and the $ 6.00 x 3 and the total of all of it was $165.
C Find the profit for selling 110 plain cookies and no iced cookies:
$6.00 x 5 = 30.00
$ 6.00 x 3 = 180.0
Final profit:$ 480.0 = $165
Then the finel pices of this proget is what is the highes profit out of the three and i went with B Because is the highes profit one.
